Dr. Stephen Klineberg, Director of the Urban Research Center of Houston at Rice University, spoke to members of the Philanthropic Leadership Circle, GHCF Governing Board and Community Foundation Council on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at the Czech Center.   Dr. Klineberg's presentation was a 28-year retrospective on the economic and demographic transformations of Houston through the annual surveys he conducts.
