The Greater Houston Community Foundation administers the following Community Funds: The Baylor/Methodist Community Health Fund (BMCHF) is an agreement between Baylor College of Medicine and The Methodist Hospital to directly support the medically underserved in the Greater Houston area through non-profit organizations whose funding priorities align with those of the founding institutions. The BMCHF is a fund administered by the Greater Houston Community Foundation at the direction of the BMCHF Committee. Now entering its final year of funding, the Baylor Methodist Community Health Fund is a $16 million fund which is being dispersed over 5 years. For more information, click here.
The Port Arthur Communities Fund (PACF) was established in 2007. With Motiva's initial commitment of $2 million and other community resources, a vibrant social and economic development foundation for the Port Arthur community was established. For more information, click here.
The John M. O'Quinn Foundation is a private foundation administered by the Greater Houston Community Foundation at the direction of the O'Quinn Trustees. Grant requests will be considered in the fourth quarter of 2010. For more information, click here.
